Our Equipment
Since starting in 2006, we have always adopted a policy of only using state of the art printing and finishing equipment. In August 2008, we installed a Xerox DocuColor 5000 Digital Press to deliver outstanding, brilliant and fast reproduction of printed materials. The installation of this digital press is the first of its kind on the western side of the Blue Mountains, NSW. This adds increased flexibility and colour control to our fleet of high quality digital printing equipment. Our equipment caters for a whole range of applications including short and long run colour and black and white documents, through to full colour wide format (up to A0+) plans, banners and posters.
In 2012, Print Storm will install a Xerox Digital Press 800, a machine much larger than our existing DocuColor 500AP. This installation will bring a number of benefits to our clients, but most notably, the ability to print a 5th colout on a sheet (clear ink), to produce outstanding and extremely impressive work for our clients.
Print Storm will be installing a Xerox Digital Press 800 in January 2012, the largest Digital Press in regional New South Wales. The Color 800 delivers sharp and rich image quality for our clients, never seen on any other digital press. The most important part of this brilliant machine is the dry ink station that allows us to apply spot or flood creative effects that bring your prints to life. In 2008, Print Storm added the Xerox DocuColor 500AP to our growing fleet of digital printing equipment. This machine allowed us to take on larger, more complex jobs for our customers, and produce them faster and more cost effectively.
The Xerox 700 Digital Press is a dynamic Digital Press, capable of printing on a wide variety of stocks and substrates. With its speed, paper handling and in-line finishing capabilities, the 700 Digital Color Press is the perfect machine for producing short run booklets, magazines, labels and documents for our clients, especially when timing is crucial, and quality is essential.
As our only B&W Digital Press, the Xerox 4127 allows us to produce innovative, more complex, diverse and professional jobs quickly, flexibly and in higher volumes. This press plays a vital role in our production of black & white documents, booklets, magazines and leaflets.
