Production, Delivery & Dispatch Times
When will my order be ready for dispatch?
Over 90% of the products we produce are produced within 24-48 hours. We try to provide an approximate turnaround time for each type of product at the top of the product page. If you have specific requirements or a deadline to meet, please make sure you contact us to discuss your requirements.
How can I find out how long my order will take to produce?
At the top of each product page, we provide approximate production times for your reference. These are only to be treated as a guide, and can vary depending on the quantity you order, or the availability of certain materials at the time your order is placed. Public holidays also impact our production capability, so please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you'd like to discuss specific turnaround times with us that are related to an order that you've placed, please give us a call.
What happens once I place an order?
As soon as we receive your order, we will begin preparing your job for production. If you use our online editor to produce your own artwork, it will be pushed into production almost immediately. If you provide your own artwork, we will need to check it prior to us commencing work, and if you opt for design help from one of our graphic designers or design partners, we will need to discuss turnaround times with you after we receive your order.
You will always be emailed an artwork proof prior to us commencing production (except where you’ve used our online editor to create your own artwork). Please keep an eye on your emails, and especially your junk email folder, as sometimes the proofs we send can be caught by spam filers.
Once we’ve emailed a proof to you, we require approval from you prior to us commencing production. This applies to all orders, even if you’re requesting a reprint, and it’s part of the process we have in place to ensure we print the correct artwork for you, and to reduce errors in the production process.
For all orders over $2000, we will require a 25% deposit prior to commencing production.
When will my order be ready?
Whenever we quote turnaround times, they do not account for the preparation or approval of artwork. We have a stringent procedure in place to ensure orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner, which works as follows:
Commencement Date this is the date where you approve your artwork proof (and where required, pay for the work to commence), prior to 7pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
Day 1 This is the day where your order is sent to production. For items with a 24 hour production window, these will be ready for dispatch or collection from 4pm.
Day 2 Orders which are not considered a 24 hour production product will be completed on this day and will be ready for dispatch or collection from 4pm.
Additional Days Certain products may take longer than the times indicated above, and will therefore take longer to produce.
Does 24 hour production include delivery as well?
When we say a product will be produced within 24 hours, it may not arrive to you for a few more days, depending on your location. Our orders are shipped with road couriers, and while they do not guarantee a specific time for delivery, we do find them to be quite reliable. As a general guide, the following turnaround times are generally pretty accurate for most of our shipments:
