Production, Delivery & Dispatch Times
How long my order will take to produce and be ready for shipment or collection?
Each product page includes an turnaround time for your reference. These timeframes are a guide only and can vary depending on the quantity ordered or the availability of materials at the time your order is placed. Whenever we quote turnaround times, they do not account for the preparation or approval of artwork. Public holidays may also affect production, so please keep this in mind when ordering. If you'd like to confirm turnaround times for an existing order or you have specific requirements or a deadline to meet please make sure you contact us to discuss your requirements.
What happens once I place an order?
As soon as we receive your order, we begin preparing it for production.
- If you upload your own artwork, we’ll check it before proofing and contact you if we require any amendments to be made.
- If you haven’t uploaded your own artwork, please note that design work will be required and on-charged to you. Our team will contact you after your order is received to discuss your design brief and confirm turnaround times.
You’ll always receive an artwork proof by email before we start production. Please keep an eye on your inbox and junk mail folder, as proofs can occasionally be filtered as spam.
Once you’ve approved your proof, we’ll begin production. Proof approval is required for all jobs, including reprints, to ensure accuracy and reduce production errors.
Delivery Shipping Guideline
As a general guide, the following turnaround times are generally pretty accurate for most of our shipments:
