Returns Policy

At Print Storm we work hard to produce consistent, high quality products for our customers. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind, errors in approved proofs, errors from non 'print-ready' artwork, shipping or supplier stock delays. If for any reason you’re unhappy with the product you receive, customers must contact sales@printstorm.com.au within 5 business days of collecting/receiving their order. 

When contacting our team please note the following in your email;

  • your order/invoice number
  • the product you're intending to return
  • the reason for returning
  • an image of the fault

In order to receive a replacement product, customers must return 100% of the received product within 14 business days (at their own expense) from the time when the ordered product was delivered or collection was made.

All charges related to shipping are non-refundable, irrespective of the reason for them being returned. Any cancellation or compensation which Print Storm agrees to, will be processed at our earliest convenience. This will usually occur within 10 business days.
